What to include
Name the model if you can: Air 13, Air 15, Pro 14, or Pro 16. Name the silicon generation if you know it. We answer faster when the machine is identified.
Corrections
If a figure drifted after a lineup update, tell us the page and the line.
Visits
Studio visits are by prior note. The street door is on San Martín.

Languages
This website is written in English. Notes in English receive the fastest reply. We can read Spanish at the València desk as well.
Response rhythm
Most notes receive a reply within two working days. Complex lineup questions may take longer while we recheck figures.
No social desks
We do not run public social channels. epicfuture.org and mail are the paths that work.
