How we treat visitor details.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can write to us about it. Last editorial pass: 22 September 2026.
In brief
We collect form notes to reply. We store a cookie choice only after you tap Accept or Decline. We do not run extra tracking desks.
1. Controller
Epic Future, C/ del Gral. San Martín, 14, 46004 València, Spain. Mail: [email protected]. Voice: +1 472 246 3599.
2. What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, topic, and message. From cookie files, only if you accept: a preference that remembers your choice. Server logs may include a technical address of your connection for security of the site.
3. Why
We read form notes so we can reply. We store a cookie choice so the banner does not repeat every refresh. We review logs to keep the site stable.
4. Retention
Form notes stay long enough to answer and to keep a short record of corrections. Cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or reset the banner. Logs rotate on a regular cycle.
5. Sharing
We do not sell visitor details. We may share a note with a hosting or mail processor solely to deliver a reply. We do not run social desks and we do not pass details to them.
6. Your requests
You may ask to see, correct, or erase details we hold, or to limit how we use them, by mailing the desk or using the contact form. We will respond in a reasonable time.
7. Children
This site is written for general readers of technology notes. We do not seek details from children.
8. Security
We use ordinary care to protect notes. No method of storage is perfect; write to us if you suspect a problem.
9. Cookie details
The full cookie text lives on the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice with the banner.
